Smart type Magico Hombre completed a winning double for two Kooringal Stud stalwarts at Sapphire Coast on Tuesday (June 1).
The three-year-old dominated the Winter Cup (1607m) to provide long-time Kooringal supporter Theresa Bateup with the second leg of a double.
Bateup had also won earlier in the meeting with Factorize.
Magico Hombre's sire Magic Albert (pictured), who completed his stud career at Kooringal, was also in the spotlight at Sapphire Coast.
Magic Albert's son Mr Magical had bolted in with the Winter Sprint (1207m).
Mr Magical is among 640 individual winners from 921 runners for Zeditave stallion Magic Albert, who has been represented by 24 stakeswinners.
